By signing up, listing your business, or using our website you’re agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We may update them occasionally, and by continuing to use the site, you accept the latest version.

2. Who Can Use EcoSplash

EcoSplash is built for verified eco-conscious travel providers. When you list your business, you confirm that:

You are committed to sustainable or low-impact travel.
The information you provide is true and accurate.
You are authorised to represent the business you're listing.

3. Your Responsibilities

You’re responsible for:

Keeping your listing up to date.
Ensuring the quality of service you promote on EcoSplash.
Meeting any relevant local regulations in your region.

We reserve the right to remove listings that misrepresent their offerings or do not meet our sustainability expectations.

4. Privacy & Security

Your privacy matters. We collect only the information we need to run EcoSplash effectively and never sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.

Contact information for communication and verification.
Analytics on site usage to improve functionality.

How We Use It

To display your listing.
To communicate with you about updates or enquiries.
To improve EcoSplash’s performance and user experience.

Your Control

You can request to access, update, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ecosplash.global.

All payment information is securely processed via Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

5. Subscription & Refund Policy

EcoSplash Travel operates on a yearly subscription model for eco-friendly travel stays and experiences. No commissions. No hidden fees. Just fair exposure.

Subscription Terms

Subscription grants you a 12-month listing on EcoSplash Travel.
Pricing tiers may vary based on early access offers or limited-time promotions.
Once payment is confirmed via Stripe, your listing goes live immediately.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital listings, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or early cancellations. If your listing is found to be ineligible under our sustainability requirements, we reserve the right to remove it without refund.

We’re here to support small, truly sustainable businesses, please reach out if something isn’t working as expected.

7. Respecting Our Community

EcoSplash is a safe and inclusive space for eco-conscious businesses and travellers alike. We do not tolerate:

Misleading information or greenwashing.
Harassment or discrimination of any kind.
Spam, scams, or fake accounts.

Violations may result in removal from the platform without warning.

8. A Global Marketplace with Local Impact

EcoSplash operates globally. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your listing complies with your country’s legal and ethical business practices. All listings must reflect genuine sustainable efforts.
